Aquavision Products Returns Policy
All returned items are to be supplied with a valid Aquavision Products return reference and documentation stating the reason for return. A valid returns reference can be obtained by calling the sales office on 0161 711 1900
Returned and accepted items that are within their warranty period, and are deemed to have a manufacturing defect, will be reviewed within 2-3 working days of being received. If the returned unit is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the returned units or raise a credit depending on instruction from the customer.
Allow up to 5 – 7 days for repair depending on the unit type. If further analysis or testing is required to determine the reported fault, the customer will be advised.
Returned items that are deemed to be faulty due to misuse, or used in an inappropriate application, by the customer will be returned or disposed of after consultation with the customer. If a response is not received by Aquavision within 30 days, the goods will be discarded according to our internal processes.
If product replacements are required in advance to Aquavision reviewing the returned units, a new purchase order will be required. If the returned units are then deemed to have a manufacturing fault, Aquavision will credit against the original order.
Any standard products that are listed in the Aquavision price list, and are returned for re-stocking, will incur a 30% restocking fee.
