Aquavision were delighted to be asked to participate
in the Sleep Event held at the Business Design Centre, London 26th – 27th November.
Working closely with leading architect and designer, Nigel
Coates, a custom-made 65” frameless was created as the focal point of his entry
to The Sleep Set, a hotly-contested design competition with a
fascinating insight into the hotel rooms of tomorrow.
Dubbed ‘the catwalk of hotel design’, the theme was
‘simplexity’ (an emerging theory that proposes a complementary relationship
between complexity and simplicity) and Aquavision’s MirrorVision+ technology
bore this out to striking effect, capturing the imagination of specifiers and
fellow designers alike.
Compatible
with all leading hotel TV operating systems, Aquavision’s latest invention can
be connected to a smart box for web browsing and phone/tablet mirroring as well
as offering an optional interface for the charging of phones and devices. It
features local inputs for HDMI, USB and VGA and local output for
Ethernet.
